There should be a minimum distance of 1.2 inches from the back of the speaker to the rear wall (or back of the cabinet), as well the same minimum distance (1.2 inches) from the top of the speaker to the above shelf or wall. There is no requirement regarding space to the sides of the compact monitor loudspeaker.

With larger (i.e. floor standing) Dynaudio loudspeakers in the same applications, the distance to the rear wall should be about 3 inches (with the ports open), and there should be at least 1.2 inches free space on each side wall of the loudspeaker. There is no space requirement for the top of the speaker, as the bass port is positioned at the bottom of the cabinet.

Es eso correcto? porque 1,2 pulgadas o 3 pulgadas es bastante menos en cm de lo que comentas (o eso creo.. yo eso de las pulgadas... : )
