He estado valorando la compra del East Sound E5a de un tiempo a aca. La gente de New York Sound lo tiene en E$475.00, listo para Europa a 220V (pero aca utilizamos 120V).

I ordered this unit on a monday. Exactly one week later it was on its place in my apartment. The sound is superb, open and smooth. And the quality is terrific, this is real craftsmanship ! Recommended at the most !! And Jim is a nice guy which I fully trust and I'll return here to shop more later

Sounded good out of the box. 12Kgs- and very good finish. Detailed, and lacking any harshness, with extended controlled bass. Exceptional build quality under cover.

This may be of interest to people handy with a soldering iron. You can make this player sound even better on the balanced outputs by replacing the op amps with better ones.I used opa627's [8 of them!]. Huge improvement in image- real 3D, and smooth sound. Well worth it.
