Apologies for the delay in my response, as this is something that I have been looking into further for you to see what we are able to do to assist you. Thank you for your feedback and I can fully appreciate your comments regarding the HDR compatability, as you are aware models with a -ZA suffix unfortunately do not support HDR through HDMI, only through streaming. As I understand your model is a -ZA suffix this lacks support, in resolution of this we are able to book your TV in for a main board replacement to enable HDR through HDMI. This would involve the HDMI ports being upgraded to HDMI 2.0a standard. I do need to advise you however that following a main board replacement any recordings made on the TV would be unable to be watched after the repair. If you would like me to book this in for the main board to be changed this is done as an in-home service, the process for this is that once booked in, our repair centre will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange a date to attend and fit. Please confirm if you are happy to proceed and I will be able to book this in for yourself.

So just phoned them to arrange a home repair and they are now saying it's got to go back to the factory to be fitted. the last time they had it for 28 day!
