Que mida más nits a mí no me dice nada porque eso puede estar sujeto a muchos condicionantes, y si hay ABL como que me da también un poco igual que mida unos nits más o menos, pero por lo menos esto sí que es una mejora, de hecho, es quizá la mejora más importante que les veo, pero me lo cojo con pinzas porque no me fío ni un pelo en teles con limitacio de brillo automático ABL.

Okay I severely hope that info from the reviewed article is off. This is from rtings last year on the ef9500.

2% Window : 346.2 cd/m2
10% Window : 345.6 cd/m2
25% Window : 349.1 cd/m2
50% Window : 219.9 cd/m2
100% Window : 126.7 cd/m

According to the reviewed article on the G6

2% Window : 800 nits
10% Window : 290 nits
90% Window : 135 nits Nits and cd/m2 are the same thing.

Hey all,

Sorry for the confusion here, Lee and I had a bit of a miscommunication about some of the readings but hopefully I can clear that up.

The 135 nit (90%) and 290 nit (10%) windowed readings we reported there are from ISF Dark at default settings (backlight at 60) with SDR content. Our signal genny doesn't output HDR so we're still taking those windowed readings in SDR for our scoring.

The ~800 nits reading Lee got was by using our CS-200 but generating a 10% window using Spectra Cal's software/laptop, so they're not comparable. We don't have readings for the other window sizes in this mode. It was confusing to me as well, but I've edited the review to hopefully make it clearer. Sorry for the confusion!
