Buscando he encontrado que tenemos una app que permite añadir playlist:
PEERS TV.
Existe una pagina web, una app para el móvil y otro para nuestra Panasonic.

El caso es que he conseguido añadir una playlist con la app del movil.

Pero si intento añadir la misma playlist en la tele me dice: unable to load playlist

Buscando e la ayuda de Peers TV pone:

What playlists does the app support?
Pay attention to the technical requirements for playlists:
m3U or XSPF format;
uTF ‑ 8 text encoding;
access to the playlist should be at the address containing the domain name.
For Panasonic Smart TVs in the playlist, the title “Acess ‑ Control ‑ Allow ‑ Origin: *” must be indicated. This header should be added by the provider on the Apache http side.

Ahora estoy investigando donde poner eso de "Acess Control.." en la lista para que pueda cargala...
