Queria preguntaros si alguien ha comprado en play.com y si le ha funcionado bien el servicio.
Yo hice un pedido de 4 dvd y recibí el siguiente e-mail:

placed your account on hold and would ask that you fax your Card statement
to us showing your name and address so that we can approve your account
and process your order as quickly as possible.

Please fax this information along with the email login address of your
account to +44 (0)1223 395220 for the attention of Jeffrey Powell, or
email a scanned copy of your statement (preferably in jpeg format) to
jeffrey.powell@play.com

Contesté que no queria pasar mis datos por fax o e-mail y que por favor si no me mandaban el pedido que me lo hicieran saber.
Esto fue el dia 5 de este mes y no he recibido ni el material ni una respuesta al e-mail.
¿Sabeis cuanto tardan normalmente?
