Serie/Modelo LUXIA-LED-LCD-TV (el televisor más fino del mundo), no se sabe aún si prototipos o para comercializar primavera/otoño:

These TVs ranging from 40 to 55” will support Samsung’s Motion plus technology (240Hz), and will features Samsung’s LED backlight technology... Anyway we will update you soon on these TVs once the CES will hit the WORLD to in order to know more about Samsung's new slogan for the event "The New Species, Samsung LUXIA LED TV"

Se presenta un muy interesante 2009 en lo que a LCD´s se refiere Tendencia clara al formato ultra slim, la retroiluminación LED y a los 200Hz en las series más altas (y más caras, claro....) y por otra parte una reducción notable en consumo lo que es muy de agradecer tal como esta el patio....

En lo que a OLED se refiere aún no esta confirmado si Samsung presentará su prototipo OLED de 50" pulgadas (el más grande del mundo). De comercializarse ahora mismo su precio seria 10 veces superior a un LCD convencional, por lo que en palabras de un directivo de Samsung aún quedan unos años hasta que sea un modelo viable. Faltan unos añitos para ver OLED´s medianamente asequibles en medias y grandes diagonales

El miercoles rueda de prensa de Samsung en las Vegas (CES) Muchas incógnitas quedaran despejadas.

Sobre LG comentar que va a presentar un prototipo a 480Hz con lo que sigue demostrando (por este y otros motivos) que es una marca que claramente, va a más:
