To change the OP you have to enter in the service-menu by pressing CLEAR on the remote control and EJECT on the recorder and keep them pressed until the menu appears (about 6 seconds). It's easy to do.

RHxxx.iso only set your recorder region free. Just this. But I guess it's not reversible.
