Try OP6: 8B, may be PCB causes this problem in you recorder model.
Can yuo send two screen shots (after and before) to see the problem you found.
Hi, nicodo. As I can not attach files to my post I cannot show you the two photos of the different formats in the file list. Send me an email address and I'll send you the photos, if you are curious about that.

Finally the bit 0 of OP6 is the responsible for the change. If MPEG4 recording is disabled, the file list is shown in list mode and if MPEG4 recording is enabled, the file list is shown in icon mode.

As I prefer list mode and I'm not going to use MPEG4 recording I finally set OP6 to 8E.
