Solicionado......Toni 58 tenía razón , hable con un amigo informático ,e hizo 4 particiones de 2tb y magia.......... se ve perfectamente , y por otro lado reparto la biblioteca una partición para cine, otras series, otras fotos y la otra de reserva..... mil gracias a todos por las ideas....

desde hace unos años dispongo de un Dune HD Smart D1, el cual y para las necesidades que he tenido me ha ido de maravilla, de hecho, poca configuración añadida le he hecho, ni yadis, ni ningún gestor por el estilo, la configuración de firmware básica, con sus actualizaciones, claro, y un pincho usb wifi para la red, así como alguna app como Youtube me han bastado.

Pero hace como un par de semanas dejó de funcionar la red, concretamente el pincho wifi, más aún, todos los pendrives y discos duros USB que conecto no funcionan. El cacharro arranca y sigue reproduciendo, la única pega es que ninguno de los puertos usb funciona, ni el interno, que lo tenía configurado para esas apps extras.
La red medio lo puedo solucionar cableando, pero para eso no me hubiese comprado el pincho usb wifi.
He estado trasteando un poco con el cacharro mediante conexión telnet y revisando tanto la carga de los módulos en el kernel de linux como el driver para los usb de almacenamiento y todo parace cargar bien, lo único que me escama es una línea en la salida de "dmesg", que me hace pensar en algún problema hardware(la he resaltado en negrita):

Otro detalle interesante, cuando conecto un pendrive, el led de funcionamiento del mismo no parpadea, lo que me hace también sospechar que el pen no tiene alimentación eléctrica, y el dmesg no muestra tampoco la conexión de dicho dispositivo.
Me gustaría saber si a alguien le ha sucedido algo parecido, o si a alguno de vosotros se os ocurre alguna solución para poder habilitar de nuevo los
puertos usb, ya sea, hardware o software.

A mi lo q me ocurre en un dune hd d1 es q a veces al encender el aparato el conector de red no detecta el cable de red conectado y tengo q apagar y encender hasta q detecta el cable de red y se encienden las lucecitas naranja y verde.
A ver si a alguien le ha ocurrido lo mismo y me puede ayudar con el tema porque va a peor.

¿Cómo se usa yadis? Tengo un Dune HD Smart D1, un disco duro externo Western Digital My Book AV-TV 3'5" de 1TB y un PC HP. No he encontrado manuales en español del yadis para poder poner el tema de las carátulas. Muchas gracias

Ese lo vi pero no me queda muy claro qué tengo que conectar al pc donde tengo instalado yadis: sólo el disco duro externo? El dune? Por hdmi o usb? En fin, si supiera esto ya no habría dudas.

Desde el PC donde tienes yaDIS buscarás las carátulas de todas tus películas y series, que estarán en el mismo PC o en alguna unidad con acceso desde el PC (lo ideal sería el mismo Dune, un NAS, o un disco duro externo). Entonces exportas todos los datos a cualquier unidad que a la que tenga acceso el Dune (yo usaría la misma que en la que tengas las películas)

Lo que has de configurar bien en yaDIS es la dirección donde estan ubicadas las películas, y el truco es buscarlas desde el Dune y fijarte en ella.

Mira ejemplos en diferentes páginas de internet. Aunque esten en ingles, la captura de pantalla con la configuración la entenderas perfectamente.

Ánimo y suerte ! Verás que el Dune con yaDIS instalado es otro mundo, ¡¡nada que ver!!
