A mi me pasaba algo muy similar a tí, tengo la samsung KS7000. Hablé con el servicio técnico de zidoo y la solución final que me dieron era que apagara el switch frame. Pego su contestación:

We suggest you turn off switching frame rate.

Si, funciona pero si configuro la resolucion en 60 hz, es decir, asi no hay pantallazos negros pero las peliculas al estar grabadas en 23.976 fps, da muchisimos tirones...
