Hello,
i need some advice with HDR of Philips 7304 because if i use UHD Blu Ray (hdmi connection), color looks washed out.
Here's some pics to explain what i mean:
SDR - Color Setting: 53
HDR - Color Setting: 53
HDR - Color Settings: 75
There are some differences, but i have to set color setting to 75 instead of my default 53 to have this result. If i keep the same setting as SDR, so 53, colours look completely washed out.
There is something i'm doing wrong?
Thank you in advance!!

Can somebody help me?
I really can't get the HDR picture to look well as SDR (the only way is to activate HDR Plus - that crushes whites - and Color Enhancement - that fakes colors)...
Mine is a 43"
So i'm doing right then?
To compensate colours i have to set the TV like this:
Colour: 60 - Colour Enhancement: Max (i dislike it, but it's the only way to compensate the loss of saturation) - HDR Plus: min/med/max (depending on the content)
Or
Colour: 75 - Colour enhancemente: off - HDR Plus: min/med/max (depending on the content)
Whate are your suggestions?
Yes, tried all 4 HDMI Ports
If i use colour enhancement in SDR that is the results:
Original Source:
Colour Enhancement OFF:
colour Enhancement ON (min/med/max is the same):
As you can see, it fakes off colours (light green became light blue), so i think it shouldn't be used in SDR at all. Don't know if in HDR is the same (don't have something to make some tries)
Try these settings I got from avforums https://www.avforums.com/threads/phi...2233157/page-2
Picture Mode: Movie
Colour: 60
Contrast: 80
Sharpness: 2
Brightness: 40
Colour enhancement: Off
Colour temperature: Warm
White point alignment, 2 point: Red - WP: 127, Green - WP:90, Blue - WP: 67
Contrast mode: Off
HDR Upscaling: Off
Dynamic Contrast: Off
Video Contrast: 90
Light sensor: Off
Gamma: +2
Ultra resolution: Off
Noise reduction: Off
MPEG artefact reduction: Off
Motion styles: Off
Thank you, i've seen that calibrations (i'm on the same threadbut noone answered me :/), they are for SDR pictures

I think the only solution is to activate color enhancement and boost color up at this point. Today i'll try to call Philips support center and share with you what they'll say!
Update: Philips told me that this TV doesn't support HDR XD! After a little arguing, they told me to send them some videos, i'll keep you update.
Meanwhile, i found out in a forum that the problem is due to the NVM Firmware that need and update (through philips customer service), but it's difficult to talk with them..
