Gracias, Sonoman. Eso significa que el input lag deberia ser menos por el hdmi? Por ahora no pienso conectar el pc, solo the ps4, por lo cual, El display port no me afecta.

Si por HDMI es diferente, es menor... tan solo cuando juegues, elijes un modo de imagen personalizado (dedicado para juegos), y en ella desactivas el Local Dimming Ultra (Control Adaptive Backlight: OFF) como no lo necesitas cuando juegas, podrás jugar de manera satisfactoria como lo hace el propietario VegaCortez:

"I Just hooked up the Wii U where all the games I own run at 60fps. I set the Wii U to output 1080p & then set the tv to x4 pixel scaling with game mode. I turned off BL dimming and any other option that may affect lag to be sure. All the 2d games I tried felt great & that included Super Mario Bros Wii U, Donkey kong country tropical freeze and Rayman Legends. They all jumped & controlled very well & I had no issue. I previously played these games on a PC monitor with 10ms on the Leo Bodnar. It really feels like the 84ms on the bodnar is not a correct reading. The bodnar could never read plasma tv's properly. It did not feel as laggy as that reading suggests. Bayonetta 2, Super Mario 3d all felt great as well. The lack of motion blur was nice as well & the scaling of 1080p like the PS4 looking superb, as good as it looks on my 27" monitor.

I don't want to mislead anyone but it feels like LCD tv's did before the Sony 1080p lcd's turned up over the last 2 years shattering tv lag records. As I said before the PS4 felt okay as well.

I'm not saying that snappy accurate aiming on shooters is possible like a monitor but otherwise it felt fine.
Best thing is to try & demo one with a games console if you can & make up your own mind as I don't want to be responsible for someone wasting their money if gaming is a priority."

Thanks Sonoman. I read Vegacortez's comments with interest and optimism. However, his experience is subjective, although I do take note of his misgivings of the Leo Bodner readings. The professional reviews all seem to agree on one thing: the input lag is too high for serious gaming. I think the best thing to do will be to pop down into the shop and test it out for myself with my PS4. I really am heartbroken over the AX800, I thought it to be the best all rounder but the clouding and banding were too much for my keen eyes. Let's see what I do.

Lo pongo en español: gracias Sonoman. He leido los comentarios de Vegacortez con interes y optimism. Pero su experencia es subjetiva aunque entiendo lo del Leo Bodner device no tomando buenas medidas. Los reviews profesionales parecen esta se acuerdo que el input lag es demasiado alto para jugar en serio. La mejor cosa que puedo hacer es llevarme la PS4 y hacerlo test en la tienda. Lastima sobre la AX800, pero no podia quedarmela con esos fallos.

Si el retrasado 'input lag' del Displayport en el uso para los Gamers 4K, esta demostrado que es una contra principal... esto es diferente a lo que sucede por HDMI, pero sí haces muy bien en testear probandolo directamente tu PS4 y asi te sales dudas.... respecto a las citaciones que yo recalco, aprendí que es mejor señalarlo en su idioma original, y asi me evito que me critiquen de 'supuestas' suspicacias en las traducciones.
