The EZW1004 offers a little bit more brightness in the highlights, better factory presets, better colour gamut conversation and the motion interpolation has more steps to choose from. Sony has smooth gradation, a better design/sound concept and Dolby Vision support in the near future. We will have to wait for any comments from panasonic on dynamic HDR processing in the future. With SDR and HDR 10 content the picture performance is superb, but only slightly better than the A1 or C7.
