==================

Sorry about all your inconveniences.
I have frequently hang-up especially when the time shifting is enabled.
--> This is our known issue and We''re working towards getting a solution for this as soon as possible.
Please be patient and we will update it when we have improved for this.

1.-Channel ordering: T
-->it''s not available now, but it''s already on our to-do-list.
Add your channel to favorite and change order.
And then change CH KEY option on the SETUP-HDTV to favorite, and you can change the channel with CH button.

2.-Red dot always visible. If you are viewing a TV channel while it is recording there is always a uncomfortable big red dot on the screen. It would be enough to see this only into the info bar.
--> We''ll discuss again and hide this red icon after some seconds.

3.-Time shifting saving when instant recording: If you has been viewing a TV program during some time with the time shifting enabled and at the middle of the film you decide to record it, you cannot include into the file the time shift buffer.
--> We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.

4.-Time shifting on recording channel: When you are recording a channel and viewing it at the same time, you cannot pause or go back like the time shifting functionality.
--> We understand your requirement, but We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.

5.-Time shifting functionality while recording other channel. If the device is recording a TV channel you don''t have the time shifting functionality while viewing other channels.
-->We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.

6.-PIP. One of the advantages of to have two turners is to be able to do PIP with two TV channels. It enables you to look another channel during a commercial interruption without missing it for example.
--> It is not possible with current main chipset.

7.-Streaming from a recording file. When you open the file of a recording TV channel it stops when reach the end of the recorded time at the moment you open the file, instead of perform streaming or go real time TV when you reach the real time. In fact is similar to time shifting but based on recording file.
--> This is some strange. you can play recording file without stopping.
Yes, playtime or total time is not updated, but file is not stopped. please check it again.

8.-Record programming by search string. The recording programming is always based on time frame, but it''s very useful (specially for TV series) to be able to specify recording by search string (ex. *house*, *lost*, etc). In that way, the recording is activated when the device finds a TV program on this channel that match the search string criteria. Ideally it could work even the device is on stand-by.
-->We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.

MI RESPUESTA:
==========

Hi,
so, I''ll be awaiting for a fix to the time shifting issue.

Thank you by you quick answer. Let me comment some of them.

2.-Red dot always visible.
DVico: We''''ll discuss again and hide this red icon after some seconds.
==>It seems could be a good solution.

3.-Time shifting saving when instant recording.
DVico: We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.
==>Really I think it''s very easy to support. It''s so simple like when you select instant recording, to ask if do you want to save the "livepause.ts" file, and if the answer is "yes" to rename the "livepause" file to "<program name> live pause" or similar. You will get the film splitted into two files, but you will get it.

4.-Time shifting on recording channel
DVico: We understand your requirement, but We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.
==>It''s difficult to assume that it is a functionality that isn''t going to be supported. It''s so simple like to say, when you pause or go backward you switch to streaming mode.

5.-Time shifting functionality while recording other channel.
DVico: We regret to say that it is difficult to support this function in near future.
==>same as previous, It''s difficult to assume that it is a functionality that isn''t going to be supported

6.-PIP
DVico: It is not possible with current main chipset
==>So, it''s a missing functionallity of Realtek?, If it is, I would like to report it to them.

7.-Streaming from a recording file
==>Let me explain better. I can play the file while recording it from TV (the time is not updated). After reaching the total time I can stand playing, but if I try to go forward (x2, x4) being after the non updated total time, the player stops although there are more content into the file. I think this is a bug of "go to" or fast forward function.
