I have my Apple TV 4K hooked up with an HDMI 2.1 (48G) cable and it doesn't allow for 4:4:4, though it did fix my issues with 4K HDR 60 at 4:2:2. With a standard 2.0b 18Gbps cable 4:2:2 caused audio issues and forced me to use 4:2:0.
